We are firmly committed to protect the privacy of our clients. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the financial or personal information of our clients to any other organisations in any way other than what is disclosed in this document.​

All financial and personal information collected by our company is held in the strictest confidentiality. Any information, such as an E-mail address, billing/shipping addresses and other contact information submitted via request form, feedback form, email, SMS message, WhatsApp or social media message remains our sole property. This information is used to help us process payments and to send registration information to our clients. If at any time, for any reason, we need to share client information, all clients will be contacted for their consent.

To further protect the privacy of our clients, access to information by our employees is restricted within the company. Only selected employees with an absolute need to carry out our obligations arising from any bookings that you have made with us, are able to view the personal details of clients.
We will periodically send out a Newsletter informing our clients about exclusive breaks, special offers and or new properties in our inventory. You agree to receive this newsletter.
