TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment and Deposits

  1. All prices are subjected to local taxes (Spanish IVA) currently the 21%.

  2. Our payment terms for regular bookings are: All payments are due in full before any bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. A pre payment of about the 50% of the total price will be required at the time of booking, in order to secure the service. The pre payment amount is variable according to the selected vehicle. The exact amount will be calculated by our rental department during the quoting process. The remaining amount will be due in full within 2 days from the start of the service. If we do not receive such full payment, we will reserve the rights to cancel the booking according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy conditions.

  4. Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, additional stops and address changes will automatically be charged from the credit card that you provided upon booking, or paid in cash to the driver.

  5. The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Aria Ibiza or under the CEO name Fabrizio Pilotti.

  6. Upon receiving the Client acceptance of a service quotation, verbally, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, or upon receiving any payment by the client, he is deemed to have entered a contract with us under the laws of Spain, under our terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cars

  1. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  3. If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer for any major social and business events, within 5 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  4. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all moneys paid will be non-refundable.

Minibus and Coaches

  1. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48-72 hours from the start of the period of hire, 25% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24-48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  3. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  4. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within two weeks from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer.

  5. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer for major events, within 5 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  6. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

  7. The Carrier reserve the right to waive any or all of these cancellation charges at his absolute discretion. In fact, we will do our best in order to avoid or reduce any unnecessary or unwanted charges, especially if the cancellation is done by the Customer for unavoidable or force major reasons.

 

Terms and Conditions​

  1. If you would like to book a car with less than 12 hours notice – Please call or WhatsApp our help-line: +34 633 599 936.

  2. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

  3. The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

  4. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.

  5. We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

  6. By supplying your email address you permit Aria Ibiza to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.

  7. We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary, by circumstances out of our control.

  8. Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.

  9. Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

  10. Our hired vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

  11. Aria Ibiza may not own the vehicle used for a service. During peak times of the season we may use hired vehicles from our selected contractors. In that case, the vehicle will be hired under the name of the Client. Our company will separately provide a professional Driver/Chauffeur or Personal Assistant, all of them are fully trained and legally able to drive your hired car.

  12. A contract between the driver and the Customer will be signed at the start of the service as per Spanish law requirement, and it will be carried by the Driver at all time until the end of the service, in case it will be required by the Police during a road check.

  13. Personal details of the client will be asked at the moment of booking, such as full name of client, passport number, home address and telephone number. We will not storage such informations and we will not share them with anyone, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

  14. We will keep any lost property at our office, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

  15. Although we are very tolerant of alcohol and drug use by the passengers, our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

  16. Our chauffeurs maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all vehicles. All our clients are gently asked to follow this rule.
